A solid saxophonist whose manner falls on the R&B-ish and come out side of idle words, Boney James (wHO is heavy influenced by Grover Washington, Jr.) is a consistent best seller wHO can buoy always be relied upon to set on a colorful alive show up. Born James Oppenheim, he grew up in New Rochelle, NY. The future Boney James studied clarinet when he was eighter, shift to saxophone deuce years by and by. When he was 15, his household moved to Los Angeles. James was before long acting in a fusion band (Line One) which was strong enough to open for Flora Purim and the Yellowjackets. After a year attention U.C. Berkeley, he transferred to U.C.L.A. so he could uphold acting with the striation. The popular saxophonist made his debut as a leader with Spindletop in 1992 (Trust) and then in 1994 was sign-language by Warner Bros., where he recorded dates including Spine, Conquest, Boney's Funky Christmas, Honeyed Thing, Agitate It Up, Ride and Pure. In 2006, Boney made the run to Concord Records and released Shine.
